Jenny Pulver is an experienced Talent Consultant currently working at Earnest and Aegis Ventures, focusing on talent and people operations for AI/ML enabled health technology companies. Previously, Jenny served as Lead Recruiter at Color, specializing in technical and leadership hiring, and led the Women's Empowerment Employee Resource Group (ERG). Prior roles include Senior Technical Recruiter at Alto Pharmacy, Technical and Executive Recruiter at hatch IT, and various recruitment positions at Farm Credit East, Flatiron Health, vineyard vines, and Daversa Partners. Jenny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Human Development from Cornell University and completed a high school program in Zaragoza, Spain.
