Francis Calata has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Francis started their career in 2004 as an Information Systems Coordinator at Hermès. Francis then joined Marc Ecko Enterprises as a Technical Support Specialist in 2007. After that, they worked at Gilt.com, where they held several positions, including Desktop Support Specialist and Manager of Corporate IT Services. In 2012, they became the Director of IT Engineering at Gilt.com. In 2016, they joined Outbrain as a Senior Director of IT. Finally, in 2018, they joined Earnest Analytics, holding the positions of Head of Information Technology and currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate IT.

Francis Calata obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Stony Brook University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
