Tom Sarro has over three decades of experience in technology and project management. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager at Early Warning® since June 2015, Tom leads complex technical integrations for major financial institutions and commercial partners. Previously, Tom built a Professional Services capability within Early Warning and held various architectural roles, including designing data warehouse solutions for the State of Tennessee's Department of Children's Services and supporting customer service systems at Sword Ciboodle. Earlier positions include consulting for Moody's Corporation and LexisNexis, managing European master data projects at Pfizer, and contributing to knowledge transfer strategies across several organizations. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a Master of Arts in Education from Roosevelt University, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
