Brenda Starr-Ball is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people analytics and HR reporting, currently holding the title of Sr. People Analytics Business Partner at Early Warning®. Since joining Early Warning Services, LLC in December 1998, Brenda has progressed through various roles, including Client Support Analyst, Programmer, Database Team Lead, Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst, and Application Administrator for Planview and Workday. Prior to this, Brenda worked as a Call Center Trainer at Broderbund Software, where responsibilities included creating and facilitating training for customer service and technical support agents. Brenda completed education at Santa Rosa Junior College and attended Gar-Field from 1980 to 1984.
