Carolina Lemay is an experienced Early Childhood Teacher currently working at Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) since 2017. Previously, Carolina held teaching positions at Randstad from 2016 to 2017 and at Monash Community Family Co-operative from 2010 to December 2015, where roles included both Preschool Teacher and Early Childhood Educator. Carolina holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both obtained from Monash University.
