Laura Bloom has over a decade of experience in corporate purchasing, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Buyer at EMJ since April 2011, where responsibilities include making purchasing decisions, developing sourcing strategies, and managing supplier communications for stainless bar and tubing products. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Junior Corporate Buyer, specializing in cold finish bar carbon and alloy. Earlier experience includes serving as a Production Scheduler and Store Manager at Maurices from May 2006 to October 2010. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University and an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Elgin Community College.
