Prior to this, Orlando served as Managing Partner and Deputy Chairman at Odey Asset Management from November 2001 to April 2019, where responsibilities included expanding assets under management and developing new investment strategies, contributing to the firm's transformation into a recognized global asset manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Associate at MBO Advisory Partners from January 1994 to January 1999, focusing on the private equity market in Europe.
