Leigh J. has extensive experience in program analysis and support roles, currently serving as a Program Analyst at Eagle Systems since February 2012, focusing on financial management and procurement for the US Navy Propulsion and Power Engineering test laboratories. Additionally, Leigh has served as a Travel Coordinator, managing travel arrangements and ensuring compliance with Federal Travel Regulations, and as a Facility Security Officer, overseeing employee security protocols. Earlier roles include working as a Word Processor for Calvert Systems Engineering, a Teller at PNC, and an intern at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland. Leigh holds a Master of Science in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Anne Arundel Community College.
