Augustina Delaney is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in public health and nursing. Currently serving as a Senior Nurse Consultant at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since 2020, Augustina also holds positions as a Public Health Clinician at G2S Corporation and a Subject Matter Expert at Eagle Medical Services, LLC, both since 2016. Additionally, Augustina has been a Birth Assistant/RN at Atlanta Birth Center since September 2016. Augustina’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Seattle University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University, a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science from Emory University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Nurse Midwifery, also from Emory.
