Candice Brumbelow is an accomplished Human Resources Benefits Manager at Eagle Materials, overseeing HR and benefits functions for over twenty locations nationwide since August 2017. In this role, Candice manages benefits administration, planning, forecasting, and negotiations with brokers and providers. Previous experience includes working at The Container Store from April 2012 to July 2015, where responsibilities included maintaining 401K files and training new hires on relevant policies. Earlier, Candice served in various HR roles at Pioneer Natural Resources Company from 2004 to 2012, where a significant achievement was launching HR functions within the newly established Sendero Drilling Division. Candice also holds a Texas Realtor license from Champions Real Estate School, obtained in 2015.
