Diana Apolinar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in restaurant management, culinary roles, and event installation. Currently working as a Traveling CSR at Eagle Management Group, Inc. since September 2021, Diana has also held positions as an Installer with Texas Finest Installs from May 2023, and Kitchen Manager at Pluckers Wing Bar in late 2023. Previous roles include Sous Chef at Joe's Crab Shack, Kitchen Manager at Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, General Manager at BreWingZ Sports Bar & Grill and Salata, and BOH Manager at Riverbend Golf Course. Diana has demonstrated a strong ability to manage operations, maintain food costs, and oversee staffing while actively engaging in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently pursuing further education at St. Philip's College.
