Nigel Jones is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Unix and Linux systems administration and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as Site Reliability Engineering Manager and previously as Customer Reliability Engineering Manager and Senior Customer Reliability Engineer at Eagle Eye since December 2022, Nigel has a proven track record in managing IT infrastructures, demonstrated during tenure as Systems Manager at Wordery and as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Applied Satellite Technology Ltd. In earlier roles, Nigel worked as a Platform Engineer at IPsoft and held various positions at ICAP, Petro Canada, and BNP Paribas, focusing on Unix administration, storage support, and infrastructure projects. Nigel holds educational credentials from Coventry Technical College, completed between 1994 and 1997.
