Leo Andrei Cruz has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement at Eagle Cement Corporation since January 2019. Prior to this role, Leo held various positions at CEMEX from July 1999 to November 2018, including Procurement Manager and Lead Negotiator, and contributed as a Technical Advisor. Earlier experience includes roles at San Miguel Corporation, where Leo worked as a Plant Operations Supervisor and Planning and Design Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University, an Executive Development Program in Logistics from Ateneo de Manila University, and a Management Development Program from the Asian Institute of Management.
