Pauline Lacher has over two decades of experience in leadership roles, primarily at Eagle Brook Church since 2014, where current responsibilities include Generosity Partnership Manager, along with previous roles as Local and Global Missions Coordinator, Serving Strategist, and Next Steps Director. In these positions, Pauline leads a team of five to develop strategies and resources that enhance spiritual growth and community engagement. Prior to Eagle Brook Church, positions included Serving Director at Eagle Brook, Sales Operations Manager at ING US, and Marketing and Recruiting Specialist at Reliastar Insurance. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Gustavus Adolphus College, obtained in 1989.
