Thomas Byrd has extensive experience in finance and administration roles. Thomas started their career as an Office Administrator at J&M Termite Control, Inc. in 2004 and then moved to Toyota Sunnyvale as a Staff Accountant. Later, they worked as a CPA at Storek, Carlson & Strutz, LLP from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Nanolab Technologies, Inc. as a Controller and later became the Director of Finance & Administration. Thomas also served as the VP of Finance & Administration at EAG Laboratories and Nanolab Technologies, Inc., where they managed remote teams, implemented internal controls, and handled audits. In addition, they were responsible for various financial activities, including closing activities, reporting, tax returns, and mergers and acquisitions. Thomas played a key role in managing the sale of the company. Thomas Byrd also has volunteer experience as a Youth Counselor at Valley Church.

Thomas Byrd obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Jose State University, from 2003 to 2008. Thomas also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, obtained in 2011.
