Tam Bourke currently serves as the Manager of Organisational Culture & Capability and Inclusion & Diversity Lead at EACH, a position held since February 2020. Previously, from July 2012 to December 2019, Tam held multiple roles at Device Technologies, including Organisational Development Manager and Manager of People and Culture, focusing on developing a high-performance culture and supporting employee growth. Prior experience includes working as an Organisational Wellbeing Consultant at TJBourke Consulting and as an Occupational Injury Manager and Employee Assistance Program Counsellor at RTK Resolutions. Tam holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from ACU Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling from La Trobe University, a Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology Major) from Swinburne University of Technology, and has completed a Certificate and Master's program in Trauma Counselling and Psychotherapy at The Cairnmillar Institute.
