Rachel LaVigna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology account management, currently serving as Senior Director at EAB since March 2016. In various roles within the company, Rachel has effectively managed relationships with community college systems and facilitated the implementation of EAB's Navigate platform, ensuring optimal client utilization and value. Prior to EAB, Rachel gained valuable customer service experience at The Walt Disney Company, where extensive training in guest service standards was complemented by participation in hospitality development sessions.
