Richard Price, P.E., LEED AP, CSM, CISEC, serves as a Program Manager and PNW Operation Manager at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. since 1999, specializing in project management and civil design with a focus on stormwater, low impact design, environmental planning, and permitting. Additional expertise encompasses construction management, senior technical review, policy development, and support for RCRA/Superfund/Brownfield initiatives, along with fate and transport modeling and solid waste management. Prior experience includes a role as a Shelter Expert at UNHCR Azerbaijan from 1997 to 1998. Richard Price holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington.
