Femi Peter Alege is a seasoned Research Agricultural Engineer currently employed at USDA-ARS since December 2021, while also serving as a Research Officer for the Global Alliance for a Sustainable Planet and as a Research Fellow at E8 Angels since September 2021 and August 2019 respectively. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California, Davis from September to December 2021 and a PhD Research Assistant position at Washington State University from January 2018 to May 2021. Femi Peter Alege holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biosystems & Agricultural Engineering from Washington State University, a Master's degree in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Farm Structures and Environmental Control from the University of Ibadan, and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ilorin.
