Ben Bierman is a Principal Consultant at Integration Advantage, Inc. since August 2019, specializing in engineering and operations consulting across areas such as new product development, project management, business planning, due diligence, and interim executive support. Bierman is also a member of E8 Angels and served as Entrepreneur In Residence at Washington Clean Energy Testbeds, focusing on mentoring early-stage climate tech startups. Prior roles include Director of Engineering Programs and COO at GlassPoint Solar, where responsibilities spanned engineering coordination, project execution, and operations across multiple global locations. Notable experience includes leadership positions at Solyndra, Coherent, Lam Research Corporation, and Applied Materials. Ben Bierman holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University.
