Katrine Tilgaard Petersen is a seasoned professional in the field of environmental policy and communication, currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor for Fossil Fuel Transition at E3G since December 2022. Prior to this role, Katrine was a Campaign Manager at the Grantham Institute for Climate Change and the Environment from August 2019 to December 2022, and a Communications Executive at The Climate Group between March 2018 and August 2019, where responsibilities included managing clean energy transition campaigns such as RE100, EV100, and EP100. Additionally, Katrine gained experience as a Public Affairs Intern at RenewableUK, contributing to public affairs strategies to support renewable energy initiatives in the UK. Academically, Katrine holds a BA in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Environment, Culture and Society from The University of Edinburgh.
