Tom Redfern is a highly experienced legal professional, currently serving as a Senior Partner at Redfern Legal LLP since 2007 and as an E2E Ambassador since September 2019, a role that facilitates connections for entrepreneurs. Previously, Tom held the position of Legal Director at H Young Holdings plc from 1988 to 2006 and worked as Group Company Secretary and Legal Adviser at Ashby & Horner Construction Group for a brief period in 1988. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Legal Adviser at Staveley Industries plc from 1983 to 1987 and as a Legal Assistant at Taylor Woodrow Construction from 1980 to 1982.
