Ben Wray is an experienced event operations professional currently serving as the Event Operations Manager for E1 Series since November 2023. Previously, Ben held the position of Operations Manager at METHOD from January to October 2023 and was the Event Director for the Manchester Marathon at Human Race Ltd from November 2021 to July 2022. Ben's extensive background includes leadership roles at SailGP and Tough Mudder and Spartan Race UK & Ireland, where responsibilities included overseeing event operations and strategy. Additionally, Ben served as Operations Manager and Event & Operations Coordinator at Harrogate Flower Shows and as Race & Operations Coordinator at IRONMAN. Ben holds a BA (Hons) in Events Management from Leeds Beckett University and a degree in Events Management from Victoria University.
