Asya AlShehhi currently serves as a Youth Advisor and has been the Chairwoman of the Youth Council at e& since September 2017, where contributions focus on aligning youth initiatives with organizational goals. As a Senior Manager in Government Relations and Strategic Alignment, Asya advanced technology metrics for project value realization and operational efficiency. Asya has also held roles such as Engineer and Developer, leading quality assurance and full-stack development projects, and is currently a Graduate Trainee at Masdar, participating in the WiSER Pioneers Program. Additional engagements include membership in the Telecom Sector Youth Council and serving as a Negotiator for COP28 UAE. Asya’s earlier experiences involve being an Executive Protocol Officer at Expo 2020 Dubai and a member of local youth councils under the Prime Minister's Office of UAE. Asya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Global Affairs at Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy.
