Vikash Kumar is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in technical and non-technical recruitment. Currently serving as Account Manager for Recruitment Operations and Team Lead at E-Solutions since June 2015, Vikash interacts with clients and business heads to identify key hiring needs while also guiding recruitment teams. Previously worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at LTIMindtree, and as a Technical Recruiter at eTeam, overseeing the full recruitment process for various high-profile clients such as Wipro and Facebook. Vikash's career in recruitment began at Peri Software Solutions as an IT Recruiter. Academically, Vikash holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Delhi University and has pursued filmmaking at the Indian Film Institute.
