Ben Van de Pol is a seasoned Microsoft 365 specialist and advisor with extensive experience in various roles focused on SharePoint and Office 365 solutions. Currently serving as a Microsoft 365 Solution Advisor at ESCbv since September 2022, Ben also operates as the Company Owner at B.advised, helping clients cultivate a modern digital work culture. Prior roles include working as a Continuous Workplace/Microsoft 365 consultant at GAC Business Solutions België, an M365 and SharePoint Specialist at Yara International, and a SharePoint and Office 365 Expert at Beyond-IT. Ben's career began as a SharePoint Consultant at CTG, progressing through several positions that honed expertise in SharePoint migrations, integrated third-party solutions, and employee training. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences.
