Les Kelemen began their work experience in 1996 as a Network Systems Engineer at Computing Concepts, Inc. Les worked there until 2001. From 2002 to 2004, they worked at LCS Global, Inc. In 2004, they joined Ralph Lauren as a Senior Systems Engineer and stayed with the company until 2013. During their time at Ralph Lauren, they built, administered, and supported 85 Citrix server environments and provided Citrix/XenApp expertise for Help Desk support. In 2013, they joined Valley Health System as a Citrix Engineer, where they were primarily responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Citrix environment. Les also worked on architecting new XenApp solutions. In 2022, Les Kelemen began working at E-Risk Services as a Senior Citrix Engineer.

Les Kelemen obtained a Certificate in Electronic Technician and Computer Repair from the Computer Processing Institute in Paramus, N in 1988. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn in May 2023.
