Priya Fernandes is an experienced operations specialist currently employed at E.ON since September 2023. Prior to this role, Priya served as an operations manager at Accenture from September 2015 to July 2023, where responsibilities included conducting post go-live support, resolving issues, and developing processes and tools. Additionally, Priya held the position of practice area operations lead at IBM Global Services from May 2006 to April 2013, focusing on governance, utilization management, and resource tracking. Earlier, Priya worked as a financial assistant at Hewlett Packard, where the emphasis was on financial transaction analysis and process improvement. Priya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karnataka University and a Post Graduate degree in Finance and Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
