Pascal van Rijsewijk is an experienced professional in labor representation and corporate governance, currently serving as a Member of the European Works Council at E.ON since July 2020. In addition, Pascal holds a supervisory board position at innogy SE since April 2017 and has been the Chairman of the Central Works Council at Essent since January 2013, also contributing as Vice Secretary of both the Central Works Council and the Service & Sales Works Council. Since March 2014, Pascal has acted as the Secretary of the Works Council Retail at Essent N.V. Previously, Pascal served as Chairman of the Works Council and Senior Officer of Customer Services at RWE from June 2004 to January 2013.
