Niquole Esters serves as the Vice President of Strategic Engagement at the E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation, where responsibilities include managing the organization’s presence and fostering relationships with stakeholders to advance marketing, communications, and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Niquole held multiple positions at Conservation International from 2004 to 2024, including Senior Director of Development and Marine Strategy and Fundraising, where successful initiatives included organizing the first ocean conservation conference in Liberia and leading negotiations for the Coral Triangle Initiative. Niquole's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Geopolitics from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Politics from Washington and Lee University.
