Jessica Pak is a Content Developer at e-MDs, where work began in April 2014 after completing an internship at the same company earlier that year. During the internship, contributions included ICD-9 to ICD-10 mapping, assistance with the Interface Implementation team on ongoing projects, Quality Assurance activities, shadowing software support, and collaborating with the marketing director on strategies and instructional content. Prior nursing experience includes roles at Austin Urogynecology and St. David's HealthCare, along with a background as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at HEB. Jessica Pak holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Concordia University Texas and a Health Informatics and Health Information Technology Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
