Larry is an executive, entrepreneur and attorney with significant experience in the entertainment and digital media industries, including a nine-year period as an executive officer of Activision, where he held several positions including Executive Vice President of Worldwide Studios, Chief Corporate Officer and General Counsel. As studio head, Larry oversaw the development and release of all of Activision’s key game franchises, including Call of Duty, Spider-Man, X-Men and Tony Hawk. As Chief Corporate Officer and General Counsel, he managed Activision’s strategic partnerships, acquired numerous businesses, and closed licensing deals with major media companies for many well-known intellectual properties. Immediately before E-Line, he served as the CEO of TuneWiki, makers of an award winning music player and social network that features lyrics as the centerpiece of personal expression (#1 app on Spotify for two years). In July 2013, Larry sold TuneWiki to Vert Capital, a private equity firm.
