Wei-Ching H. currently serves as a Senior Designer in Branding & Packaging at E.L.F. BEAUTY since August 2022. Prior to this role, Wei-Ching worked as a Packaging Designer at Baron & Baron from September 2019 to August 2022 and as a Brand & Packaging Designer at Revlon Inc. from October 2018 to September 2019. Wei-Ching holds a Master of Science in Package Design from Pratt Institute, completed between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Design from Chung Yuan Christian University.
