Natalie Chan is an experienced professional in product development and innovation within the personal care and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as the Interim Director at E.L.F. BEAUTY since August 2023, Natalie previously held the position of Head of New Product Development at Harry's, Inc. from April 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading the product strategy and development for both Harry's and Flamingo brands. Additional roles include Director of Product Development at LA MER, Manager and Assistant Manager of Global Innovation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and various positions at Bumble and bumble and MAC Cosmetics. Natalie holds a BA in Plan II Liberal Arts Honors with a dual major in French from The University of Texas at Austin.
