Toomas Mölder is a seasoned expert in digital governance and cybersecurity with extensive experience in various project and product management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Expert at e-Governance Academy, Toomas focuses on creating digital government reference architecture and developing interoperability frameworks for developing countries. Previous roles include Project Expert at EU CyberNet, where Toomas contributed to the development of a technical platform, and Product Manager for X-Road at the Estonian Information System Authority, overseeing a monitoring solution. With a strong foundation in IT service management and quality assurance gained from positions at organizations such as Tieto, Telema AS, and NASDAQ OMX, Toomas holds a Magister degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Tartu.
