Head Of Customer Success & Growth at E-goi

Joana Espírito Santo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joana began their career at PT Contact in 2004, where they worked as a Quality Control and Training Coordinator as well as a Customer Success Manager until 2009. In 2010, they joined Frontend Multimedia as a Project Manager, and also started working at Time Management as an Account Manager and Customer Success Manager. Joana remained at Time Management until 2017. In 2018, Joana joined Hot Five jazz&blues club as a Partnerships, Events, and Communication specialist. Simultaneously, they joined E-goi as an SMEs Consultant. Joana later transitioned to a role as a Customer Success Coordinator at E-goi in 2019. Currently, Joana is the Head of Customer Success & Growth at E-goi since 2024.

Joana Espírito Santo has a background in child education, having attended the Escola Superior de Educação do Porto. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Digital Marketing from FORDUAL in 2018, Vocational Entrepreneurship Training - Level III from RRA Consultores in 2013, Social Psychology from Coursera in 2013, and Trainers' Initial Pedagogical Training (CAP - Certificate of Professional Capacity) from IEFP in 2007.
