Jennifer Plocinski, CSP, currently serves as an HR Employment Coach and Talent Acquisition Specialist at E.C. Styberg Engineering Inc since June 2021 and is also a Volunteer Vice President on the Board of Directors and Human Resources Consultant at the Volunteer Center of Racine since May 2018. With a career spanning over 15 years in talent acquisition and human resources, Jennifer has held various positions, including Talent Acquisition Manager at Service First Staffing and the Sr. Business Development Manager at Goodwill TalentBridge. Previous roles include Regional Account Executive at Express Employment Professionals and Professional & Skilled Trades Recruitment Specialist at QPS Employment Group. Jennifer's extensive experience includes managing full-cycle recruitment processes, developing sourcing strategies, and fostering relationships with hiring managers.
