Kalpana Andy has been working in the recruitment industry since 1995. Kalpana began their career at TCS as an administrator. In 2008, they moved to Bravurasystems where they took on the role of Technical Recruiter. In 2013, they joined Zealtech Inc as a Recruiter. Currently, they are employed at E-Base Technologies, Inc as a Recruiter.

Kalpana Andy attended the University of Calicut.
