Stephen DeSante has extensive experience in IT service management and business analysis, currently serving as a ServiceNow Knowledge Manager at TEKsystems since February 2020, while also working as an EBS Business Process Analyst at e&e IT Consulting Services, Inc. since February 2019. Previous roles include Functional Analyst at Footlocker, focusing on migrations to the ServiceNow platform, and Business Analyst/Technical Writer for E&E Consulting contracted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s OA-ITSM team. Earlier experience includes Project Coordinator on the Unisys PACS project and Technical Writer, where Stephen developed training documentation for SAP users.
