Richard Baker is an experienced educational leader specializing in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and inclusive practices. Currently serving as a School Consultant at E-ACT since September 2022, Richard focuses on improving organizational outcomes for young people through staff training and system reviews. Previous roles include SENCO and Senior Leadership Team member at White Trees Independent School and RDB Progressive Solutions Ltd, where Richard managed SEND delivery and staff training. As a Vice Principal at Ely College, Richard oversaw vocational qualifications and strategic initiatives, including managing Ofsted inspections. Richard's career also includes significant leadership roles at various special schools and a foundational background in residential therapy for children with severe learning disabilities.
