Paul Hyink, MBA, has extensive work experience in the field of quality management and leadership. Paul currently holds the position of Chief Quality Officer at Dyson, a role they started in December 2022.
Before joining Dyson, Paul served in various roles at Garrett - Advancing Motion. From June 2020 to November 2021, they held the position of Vice President of Global Quality, overseeing Lean Sigma and Business Excellence. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President of Global Quality from June 2020 to November 2021.
From 2010 to 2020, Paul worked at Whirlpool Corporation, where they held various leadership positions.
