Xubin Zhu is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and business development across diverse industries. Currently serving as Director of PMO R&D at Dynaudio since August 2019, Xubin has previously held significant roles such as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience includes working as an external consultant at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, where Xubin focused on procurement solutions and efficiency improvements, and as General Manager of We+ BU at 正和岛 Z.H.ISLAND, where Xubin led a data-driven product management team. Additional roles include General Manager at Vink Plastic (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd, managing European corporate culture and optimizing supply chains, freelance consulting and teaching at CSC Consulting, and Managing Director at Yueqing Good Electronics Co., Ltd, where Xubin expanded business into new markets.
