Matthew Caffiero is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving sales strategy and development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Sales Development at Dynatrace since January 2023, Matthew focuses on executing a global sales strategy and leading a high-performing team. Previously, as Senior Director and Director of Inside Sales at Coupa Software, Matthew successfully managed a large workforce and collaborated with multiple functional teams to achieve pipeline and revenue targets. Matthew's career also includes key roles at Apttus, Oracle, Autotask Corporation, St. Claire Cadillac, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Sprint Nextel, along with military service as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army. Matthew holds a Master's of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from San Jose State University.
