Lee-Tal Markus serves as a People Operations Advisor at Dynatrace since September 2023, following an extensive tenure at Rookout, where this individual held the roles of Director of People Operations and HR & Office Manager from May 2018 until the acquisition. Previous experience includes positions such as Operations Manager at Parachute Business Network and HR & Office Manager at Wayerz. Lee-Tal Markus also held roles at KPMG Somekh Chaikin as HR Manager, BDO Seidman, LLP as Human Resources Generalist, and at United Media, E.W. Scripps Company as HR Coordinator. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
