Ilya Gutin is an experienced technical writer and manager with a robust history in information development and documentation. At Dynatrace since February 2017, Ilya has held several titles including Manager of Information Development, Lead Technical Writer, and Senior Technical Writer, focusing predominantly on API documentation. Previous roles include serving as the Senior Technical Writer at LeBoutique, where Ilya developed internal documentation from scratch, and as a Technical Writer at National Instruments, Topcon Positioning Systems, and Netcracker Technology, specializing in the localization and creation of technical documentation. Ilya possesses a Master of Engineering in Navigation, Orientation, and Stabilization Devices and Systems, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
