David Haunschmied is a Senior Software Engineer and Product Owner at Dynatrace since August 2022, contributing to distributed PurePath and OpenTelemetry trace ingest into the Dynatrace platform. Previously, David held the positions of Software Engineer and Team Lead at CODERS.BAY, where responsibilities included coaching aspiring programmers in Java and web technologies. Earlier experience at Dynatrace involved developing tools for automation and supportability processes, as well as backend and full-stack development using a variety of technologies including Java, Spring, and AWS. David's educational background includes a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, along with additional coursework at Texas A&M International University.
