Sean Brady has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Sean began their career as a Design Engineer at A & A Manufacturing Company, where they were responsible for designing and expediting production of stainless-steel telescopic covers. Sean then moved on to Krones, Inc. as a Design Engineer, where they designed bottle-handling parts for packaging equipment and implemented design improvements to reduce parts and maintenance requirements.
Brady then worked at RVSI Systemation as a Mechanical Engineer, where they designed mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems for handling semiconductor carrying web. Sean also contributed to cost reduction efforts by designing splicing mechanisms and spool control/tensioning device upgrades.
Next, Brady worked at Crimsco - Wittco Foodservice Equipment as a Business Unit Manager and Product Engineer. Sean successfully turned around the financial performance of the company and achieved a 15% return on sales.
At Enthermics Medical Systems - Alto-Shaam, Brady served as a Project Engineer and managed a team in the release of a new fluid warmer for hospital and clinic use. At Midwest Products and Engineering, Brady worked as a Project Engineer, focusing on the design and cost reduction of medical carts. Sean utilized SolidWorks and its FEA analysis for these projects.
Currently, Brady is employed at Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer. Sean has been involved in the relocation of PolyClutch Manufacturing and has served as the sales, design, and production engineer for PolyClutch products.

Sean Brady earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the Milwaukee School of Engineering between 1989 and 1993. Sean then pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1994 to 2001.
