Winnie Boegborn is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in project leadership, team management, and communication. Currently serving as Project Leader for Collaboration and Innovation at Dynamo, Winnie focuses on translating national and Amsterdam policies in mental health and welfare into opportunities for the organization. Previously, as Team Leader at VluchtelingenWerk Nederland, Winnie led a team to support refugees in building sustainable futures in the Netherlands. Other notable roles include Management Consultant at TEAM ED, where Winnie assisted in developing a national recovery program, and Director at Muziekcentrum Eiwerk, overseeing significant organizational improvements. With a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Socio-Cultural Studies of Religion from the University of Amsterdam, Winnie has also contributed to various arts and community-focused organizations in marketing, public relations, and communication capacities.
