Selma van Oostwaard currently serves as an Opbouwwerker and Welzijnscoach at Dynamo, where the focus is on engaging residents in Amsterdam Zuid. Prior to this role, Selma van Oostwaard held various positions at PAX for peace, including Project Lead for the Civil Society Engagement Facility and Senior Project Officer focused on the Protection of Civilians, contributing to community safety in conflict areas. Additional experience includes roles as a Board Member for the Alumnivereniging Culturele Antropologie Utrecht, a Researcher at the Landelijk Expertisecentrum Sociale Interventie, and as an Operator at GGD regio Utrecht. Selma van Oostwaard has also completed internships working on children's rights initiatives, complementing a strong educational background in Cultural Anthropology and Social Sciences from notable universities.
