Jael van der Heijden is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as directeur/bestuurder at Dynamo since June 2021, Jael also mentors at Future Female Leaders since September 2019. Previous roles include Executive Director and Director of Programs at Dance4Life from June 2013 to January 2021, and Program Manager at STOP AIDS NOW! from 2008 to 2013. Jael’s earlier career includes positions as a Senior Advisor for Performance Management at Oxfam Novib and Senior Policy Officer at the Landelijk Instituut voor Sociale Verzekeringen, among others. Jael holds a Master’s degree with honors in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Master’s degree in Econometrics/Operations Research from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Stony Brook University.
